Conditions apply: Choose your pick-up location at checkout and wait for our “ready to collect” message before coming in. Brisbane and Perth pick-ups are strictly by appointment. Stock is held across our three warehouses, so if your item isn’t at your chosen location we’ll transfer it there for you. Large or bulky items may need to wait for our next pallet shipment between warehouses, which runs approximately every 2–3 weeks. Smaller items may travel sooner. Call (03) 9988 2281 to check stock at your nearest warehouse.
How it works
- Add your items to the cart and choose your pick-up location at checkout.
- We’ll confirm your order and let you know when it’s ready to collect.
- Melbourne: drop in Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Brisbane and Perth: book a pick-up time with us first.
Large items and warehouse transfers
Stock is held across Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. If what you’ve ordered isn’t at your chosen warehouse, we’ll move it there. Large or bulky items (for example long range fuel tanks, drawer systems and rooftop tents) travel on our pallet shipments between warehouses, which run approximately every 2–3 weeks, so allow extra time for these. Smaller items may travel sooner. Call (03) 9988 2281 before you order if you need something by a certain date.
