BD Offroad Warranty Terms
BD Offroad warrants that all products sold are free from defects in material and workmanship. Each product is warranted against defects in material or workmanship that cause the product to perform below reasonable expectations.
Products sourced from 3rd party suppliers are subject to the warranty provided by those manufacturers. Details can be provided upon request.
Orders
When you place an order through our website, you’ll promptly receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Please retain your order number for any future inquiries or tracking needs.
Within 24 working hours of confirming your payment, we’ll email you the shipment details. However, there are rare instances where we may be unable to fulfill an order, such as unavailability of goods or delivery addresses outside Australia. In these cases, we’ll promptly notify you via email.

Delivery of Your Products
Our standard delivery period spans up to 10 working days starting from the date we receive your payment. Please note that estimated delivery times refer to business days (Monday through Friday), excluding Public Holidays.
If there are any issues with the delivered products, you must inform BD Offroad within fourteen (14) days of delivery via email or telephone.
Be aware that while every attempt will be made to provide door-to-door delivery when selected, with some orders or to some locations, this might not be possible. Specifically, orders with any of the following attributes may need to be directed to your nearest freight depot for customer collection:
- Where the customer has requested delivery to a country/regional location
- Where the customer has requested delivery to a remote location
- Where the customer has provided a residential address,
- Where the total order weight exceeds 30kg.
We recomend providing a commercial/ business address for delivery.
Shipping Delays
BD Offroad will not be held responsible for delays that occur in the supply of 3rd party products. If your product you are wanting to order is urgent or time critical we recomend contacting us prior to ordering. info@bdoffroad.com.au
Warranty Exclusions
BD Offroad does not warrant any problems that occur due to third party installation.
When ordering, please ensure you order the correct parts. Return of a product in an unused condition will incur a restoicking fee.
BD Offroad will not be held responsible for delays that occur in the supply of products from 3rd parties.
BD Offroad does not cover any charges due to product remove. Products will need to be removed from vehicle at owners expense
Warranty will not be excepted for the following reasons:
- The product has not been correctly installed, or evidence of misuse or negligence is evident.
- The product has been modified without prior approval.
- The product is no longer required, incorrectly chosen by the customer, or the customer has changed their mind.
Modifications Legalities
Unless specifically stated, all parts supplied by BD Offroad are intended for off-road use only. Rules and regulations for vehicles vary from state to state. Please research these regulations in your area before undertaking any modifications to your vehicle.
Product Indemnity
The customer agrees to indemnify BD Offroad from and against any loss, injury, or damage to person or property that extends beyond the warranties set forth above, whether the claims against BD Offroad or the damages are incidental or consequential.
