We start with a light weight tube and fin race series core. This is coupled with our CNC folded tanks that have been the culmination of years of motorsport fabrication experience, then refined even further using computer flow simulation. This ensures our tanks are highly efficient and provide high even, unrestricted flow to the whole area of the core with no swirl pockets or restrictions. Because our tanks are a hand built sheet aluminium tank they don’t heat soak like cast tanks do. Think of that mass of aluminium in a cast tank being a battery for thermal energy, thick cast tanks store this thermal energy and as a result get to a saturation point (heat soak). For obvious reasons this is very undesirable!
This Intercooler will prove its efficiency by reducing temperatures while increasing your power, torque and economy is exactly what this ultimate intercooler does!
The fan is mounted underneath the cooler to pull air through at low speeds.
The Top Mount intercooler can be fitted by the home handyman with a few mods and comes with everything you need to fit your frame and cooler.

Our Intercooler kits come with the core, frame, all corresponding Silicone pipes, Aluminum pipes, Hose clamps, Wiring loom and a Large scoop.

Shipping & Delivery
Be aware that while every attempt will be made to provide door-to-door delivery when selected, with some orders or to some locations, this might not be possible. Specifically, orders with any of the following attributes may need to be directed to your nearest freight depot for customer collection:
- Where the customer has requested delivery to a country/regional location
- Where the customer has requested delivery to a remote location
- Where the customer has provided a residential address,
- Where the total order weight exceeds 30kg.
Our standard delivery period spans up to 10 working days starting from the date we receive your payment. Please note that estimated delivery times refer to business days (Monday through Friday), excluding Public Holidays.
We recomend providing a commercial/ business address for delivery.
