Charge Makita 18V batteries on the drive
Plugs into your vehicle’s 12V or 24V socket and charges Makita 18V LXT batteries at 2A while you drive. Arrive at camp with full batteries for the fridge, the lights and the fan, and swap a flat one in to charge on the next leg.
It’s the piece that makes tool-battery power work on a long trip: no generator, no mains charger.
Tips
- Charge with the engine running so you don’t flatten the vehicle’s starting battery, unless you have a dual-battery system.
- Charge one battery while you use another, and you’ll always have a fresh one.

Is a battery included?
No. It charges the Makita 18V LXT batteries you already own.
Can I charge with the engine off?
You can, but it draws from your vehicle battery. Unless you have a dual-battery system, charge while the engine is running.
Will it work in a 24V truck?
Yes. It runs on 12V and 24V vehicle sockets.
Makita is a trade mark of its owner. This is an aftermarket product, compatible with Makita 18V LXT batteries but not made, approved or endorsed by Makita.
