Product Lead Times

Product Lead Times and Stock levels

Stock Availability: BD Offroad tries to keep most items in stock, but not all products may be readily available due to various reasons like being sourced from third-party suppliers or made to order.

Extended Lead Times: Certain items might have extended lead times, which means it could take a longer time for these products to become available for shipping.

Made to Order Products: Some items are specifically manufactured upon customer orders, and this custom production process might take several weeks.

Urgency of Orders: Customers with urgent orders are encouraged to contact the company directly via phone or email to inquire about product lead times before placing their orders. This step helps them understand the expected waiting time or availability of the desired products.

If you’re a customer looking to purchase items from this company, it’s advisable to reach out to them through the provided contact information to confirm the availability and estimated time frames for the products you’re interested in. This ensures that you’re aware of any potential delays and can make an informed decision regarding your purchase.

  • Where the total order weight exceeds 30kg.

Our standard delivery period spans up to 10 working days starting from the date we receive your payment. Please note that estimated delivery times refer to business days (Monday through Friday), excluding Public Holidays.

We recomend providing a commercial/ business address for delivery.
