Thick Stainless Steel
Your exhaust faces a lot – high temperatures, vibrations, and rough terrain. That’s why Torqit uses stainless steel up to 2mm thick. This keeps the structural strength of the pipe after bending plus makes it extremely tough and difficult to crack. With a thick-walled exhaust, you can confidently head off-road knowing it will last the distance. Steel thickness also affects the sound your exhaust makes. 304 Grade Stainless Steel
The high amount of chromium and nickel in 304-grade steel increases its strength and rust resistance. Whether driving off-road or through water, this heavy-duty steel means maximum durability and a long lifespan. Bonus- all you need is some Scotch Brite to keep it looking new. Internal & External Welds
Internal and external welds on all our flanges reduce structural fatigue on the joints, stop cracks from forming, and prevent exhaust gas leaks. Each exhaust is TIG welded for maximum strength. Although TIG welding is complex and more time-consuming than the usual MIG welding technique used on exhausts, it’s the quality that stands Torqit apart. We take the time to produce a precise, clean finish with no welding spatter.
Mandrel Bent System
