Change of Mind Returns: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not obligated to provide refunds or replacements for items if you simply change your mind. Should we accept a return in such cases, a restocking and administrative charge of 10% will be deducted from the refund.

Product Problem Return: You have the option to request a return or exchange if the purchased item has a problem that renders it unusable for its intended purpose. If the item has been used and can still fulfill its designed purpose, it cannot be returned. Please ensure the item’s suitability before use.

Transit Damage Claims: If an item is damaged in transit, you must report the damage within 14 days of receiving the goods. Claims for transit damage will not be accepted if reported after this timeframe, as it exceeds the carrier’s terms and conditions.

Third-Party Items: Returns or order cancellations will not be accepted for third-party items that are specifically ordered or custom-made to fulfill individual orders. If we choose to accept a return for such products, it will be subject to a restocking charge.

Time Limit for Returns: No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after the purchase date without exception.

Return Procedure: All return requests must be directed to info@bdoffroad.com.au. The purchaser is responsible for covering all return postage costs.

Return Responsibility: The responsibility for returning the item lies with the customer. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Refunds will only be approved for items that are returned in a resalable condition.

Incorrect Items or Pricing: In cases where an incorrect item was sold and/or shipped, or an incorrect price was charged, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Installation or Product Removal: If supplied product is not suitable your vehicle or has a fault, BD Offroad does not cover any charges for product removal or product re-installation. Products will need to be removed from vehicle at owners expense before returning.
